We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing Accounting & Support team, working across a varied portfolio of SME and accounting firm clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate sales and purchase ledgers across multiple client accounts
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Process transactions using Xero, QuickBooks and Sage
- Prepare VAT-ready records and support month-end procedures
- Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For
- AAT qualification (or equivalent) or relevant bookkeeping experience
- Hands-on experience with cloud accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients
Payroll Administrator
Remote / Full-time
We are looking for a organised and detail-focused Payroll Administrator to join our Tax & Compliance team, supporting a diverse portfolio of SME clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time
- Submit RTI returns to HMRC and manage auto-enrolment pension submissions
- Calculate statutory payments including SSP, SMP and SPP
- Produce and distribute payslips, P60s and P45s
- Respond to client payroll queries promptly and professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Previous payroll experience in a bureau or practice environment
- Familiarity with payroll software such as Bright Pay or Sage Payroll
- Strong numerical accuracy and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Good communication skills and a client-focused approach
Management Accountant
Remote / Full-time
We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our Accounting & Support team, delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis to a growing client base of SMEs and accounting firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts for a portfolio of clients
- Produce profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow summaries
- Deliver KPI dashboards, variance analysis and budget vs actuals reporting
- Provide clear commentary and narrative tailored to each client's business
- Support year-end processes and liaise with external accountants as required
What We’re Looking For
- Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Experience preparing management accounts in a practice or outsourcing environment
- Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks or Sage
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Tax Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our Accounting & Support team, delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis to a growing client base of SMEs and accounting firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of self-assessment, corporation tax and VAT returns
- Support P11D and CIS return preparation and submission to HMRC
- Maintain accurate client tax records and monitor filing deadlines
- Liaise with clients to gather information and resolve queries efficiently
- Stay up to date with HMRC requirements and relevant tax legislation changes
What We’re Looking For
- AAT qualified or currently studying towards ATT or CTA
- Some experience in a tax or accountancy practice environment
- Good understanding of HMRC online portals and tax compliance processes
- Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills
